Refund Policy

1. Subscription fees

Plan fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for a partly used billing period. The billing page shows whether cancellation is immediate or takes effect at the end of the current period before you confirm it.

2. Billing mistakes

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — contact billing@fehrist.com within 30 days and we'll investigate and correct it.

3. Free trial

No payment is required to use the Free plan. If you start a paid plan during a trial period, you won't be charged until the trial ends.
